A Smooth Journey

We believe a clear process creates a smooth and enjoyable design journey.

STEP 1

Inquiry & Consultation

Start by completing our inquiry form. We’ll schedule a discovery call followed by an in-depth consultation to understand your goals.

STEP 2

Proposal & Funding

We’ll prepare a tailored proposal. Upon acceptance, you’ll sign a contract and provide initial project funding. (Note: Designer fee and project funds are billed separately).

STEP 3

Design Development & Procurement

We develop space plans, mood boards, material selections, and FF&E sourcing. Once approved, we handle procurement and coordination.

STEP 4

Installation Day

We manage installation and finishing touches so your space is ready for reveal day. Final designer fee balance is due 24 hours before install.

STEP 5

Final Walk Through

We will walk through the final space after completing any open ticket items, once approved, we will schedule a photoshoot day!
